Recently, water quality tests of the hot springs found some values exceeding the standard limits, so we have decided to voluntarily suspend operations at the request of Kyotango City.We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused.
The results of the water quality test on Tuesday, October 28th, were below the standard value, so we will be able to fully resume operations.It will fully reopen on November 1st.
The results of water quality tests will be posted on our website in the future.We will do our best to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future and ensure that we operate as a safe and secure facility, so we ask for your continued patronage.
